Last Thursday, we celebrated Scandinavia day with a superb themed lunch by our very own chefs.
We had a vast display of dishes, ranging from braised mutton and cabbage, to sweet cured herrings and polenta stuffed peppers. We were spoiled for choice!
For dessert, we got stuck into apple cream with caramelised bread crumbs and a marzipan gateau that was out of this world!
