I hope you all had a lovely Easter with your families and friends. Apologies for not being on the door this week, but I have been struck down with flu. This morning we managed to dodge the showers to have a whole school photograph taken in Cadogan Gardens. It is always a wonderful sight to see the whole school community together, looking so smart.
Before the holidays we had a fun afternoon enjoying the House Talent Competition. Well done to all the girls who auditioned and took part in the Showcase. The winners were Kayla and her amazing rendition of the Periodic Table, Ella for a word perfect performance of ‘If’ and Maia and Duke for their amazing tricks.
Miss Minto, her team of staff and group of enthusiast skiers had a wonderful time in Sugarloaf and Boston over the holidays. They all improved their technique and style on the slopes over the week and had plenty of shopping opportunities. I have noticed that the PE department have been wearing shiny new trainers this week!
You can read all about the ski trip in Miss Minto’s blogpost here.
New lunchtime and after school clubs have started this week. Over 20 girls joined Mr Garwood for his new cricket club.
Listen out for the excitement next week when the Science Department welcomes the arrival of our ‘eggs’. There will be a live feed to CB3 to watch the progress of the ‘eggs’- watch this space!
